Design Prime Tagging Library
Input a list of genes, one gene per line. NO extra spaces, quotes or other characters!
Note: 1) Prime_Tagging_Score was trained and validated on library data using NG11 tag sequences. Predictions on alternative tag sequences are out-of-distribution; the score is applied unchanged. 2) Custom tag sequences and resulting pegRNAs containing BsmBI or BbsI restriction sites will be filtered out for cloning compatibility with these two type IIS restriction enzymes.
Note: Prime_Tagging_Score was trained and validated on library data using Nick position window of +/- 30 bp from tag insertion point. Larger nick distances up to 50 bp are allowed to increase targeting spacers available at each gene terminus.
